what are your thoughts on using platforms that take your long-form video content (YouTube video) and make several short-form videos? is that what you use Descript to do? im just concerned about the quality of those vs. creating native short form videos on the topic.

Most agencies skip step 2 because that's the one where you actually have to take a position. Generic content is safer. Doesn't work, but it's safer.
