The red diaper cream helped my TSW skin however I found it made it too thin. It works fast cause of the zinc. It will make you peel make sure to moisturize very well after. Don’t use any actives around the area, retinol, bhas or ahas

No SLS. Metro Gel and Doxycycline 30 days. Vanicream moisturizer. If you don't want to do antibiotics you could try Metro Gel and Elidel for 30 days and wean off Elidel. No occlusives like Aquaphor. Very little moisturizer.

Do not put Aquaphor on it again! That’s what gave me perioral dermatitis. Use vanicream face wash & moisturizer and nothing else. It cleared mine up completely!
