They need to have someone seal the baseboards with caulk. And check for holes under the sinks as well.

you are definitely owed some money for this BS. Also fogger may not be the best option they should have someone come and spray through the power outlets, it will kill anything that is behind the walls. My apartment did that using Orkin but I did not have as bad a situation. There's likely multiple people in that place with that issue.

omg I had this problem and I found the source which was inside the wall where my hot water heater was and I called the state on my apartment complex and they made them come out and do a pest control every six months and I sealed the area where they were coming from never seen another one so sorry they will make your kids sick too
