Honestly having a neighbor that won’t just let you know, especially at that hour, would be frustrating. I personally would just let my neighbor know before doing any nonsense like that. Like you just moved-in and maybe are figuring out how much sound goes through your walls etc.

I’ve gotten 2 or 3 outside of quiet hours in our building but have yet to get fined…love OTP but I feel like they try to grab cash from us any way they can

they just want money that’s crazy. when i get one all they do is knock on my door and warn me no fees involved. that’s def such a scam.
