I have been drinking your coffee for more than 10 years. This was from Singapore until I moved here in NZ. The less sugar, hazelnut and coffee/creamer were staple in our household. We have to specifically go now to Asian grocers to be able to purchase them. A good coffee maketh a good day. Now the recipe has changed and being written "genuine" in the bag doesn't help. It's AWFUL, TASTES FAKE/PLASTICKY and just the worse I have ever tasted for a coffee. I have three whole bags to throw. You sure made a blunder with this change. You used to be top notch, no way this healthier version will rank up your sales. Hate to say this but after more than a decade of loyalty, i now say goodbye (and a much needed good luck).
