I love, love, love that you showed us!!! One suggestion though ( because I just did this myself) switch to cream felt hangers. They seem to save space and look nice. I chose cream color. Hope this helps.

This is normal life for the majority of ppl. Thank you for sharing with us. You create the best outfits out of your closet! Those needlepoint bags reminded me of my grandmother’s purses that she kept on a peg board behind her bedroom door. Thank you for letting your friends come along. 🥰

If you change all your hangers to the thin velvet like hangers, you can save a good amount of space!

My underwear and bras are in two little drawers in the piece at the front door under my federal mirror. Jon’s is in the front room under the television with the dog art on it. Lol

Thank you for sharing. I am in the process of thinning out my closet too. A hint for your handbags would be to get a pretty coat rack and hang your handbags from it. I just did this and it gave me extra room on the shelf where they originally were stored.😊

I loved it, but seriously you shouldn’t be embarrassed. It is very organized, I need you to organize mine. Mine is large, but it’s awful. I would definitely be embarrassed if anyone saw mine. You are super organized. Honestly, I would like for us to downsize our home. Then it would force me to be organized.

I have a similar closet. Our house is a 1957 ranch house and I have to “share” a closet with my husband. I use the term share lightly because I take 90 percent of the space and he used our hall closet. We have 3 adult kids living with us so there is no extra space but I am never lonely 😅
