A few things to keep in mind: • This was Makayla’s first time ever wearing her hair in a true wash-and-go—so this is just the beginning of her journey. • Everyone’s results look different depending on the current condition and “season” their hair is in. There’s no one-size-fits-all outcome. • Could I have defined her curls more by clumping? Absolutely—but her goal was volume, so that’s what we prioritized. • Her hair has been dealing with dryness for years, and that’s not something that can be fully reversed in one appointment. The real transformation happens with consistency at home. Most importantly—her hair already feels healthier, and the shape is there. Everything else will come with time. Now the real work begins: learning to embrace the process, stay consistent, and fall in love with the journey. ✨
