The cancellation policy is 4 hours before class starts and get the class credits back ! no show and you lose the credit which is fair ! I'm guessing I'm very lucky where I am 🫣

Bruh I stopped going because I would be on the back up list. And 3 mins before the class started I’d get in they’d charge my account or take a class off my membership and it wasn’t even enough time to get there. Are we supposed to wait outside dressed just in case ? Ridiculous

Late cancel is less than 12 hours before class. Late cancel fee is $15, no show is full class rate for those on unlimited memberships, forfeit class credit for those on class packs/individual class credits.

It’s just gone up from 24 hours to 48 hours cancellation policy on all classes and appointments. No refunds. We can swap classes for clients if they can’t make their usual class provided we have the availability.

Cancellation policy 8 hours. No shows you automatically lose your session. I pay my instructors for late cancels and no shows! Hope this helps❤️❤️❤️

If you cancel with 8 hours or more notice, ur able to book other classes with that class credit. If u cancel with less than 8 hours notice u don’t get the credit back, and if u cancel with 1 hour before class then the waitlist doesn’t move for the next person to jump on.

I regularly no show 😬 they do have a 24 hour cancellation window but most of the time I just don’t get the money back which I understand cause I miss the cancellation window, it is what it is I guess 🤷🏽♀️
