@sacramentourbanmedia916: A shooting at a Texas high school Monday morning left a teacher injured and a 15-year-old student dead, authorities said. According to the Comal County Sheriff’s Office, the student opened fire inside Hill Country College Preparatory High School before turning the gun on himself. He died at the scene, while the teacher was taken to the hospital. Officials have not released the teacher’s condition. Sheriff Mark Reynolds said investigators are still working to understand what led up to the incident, including any connection between the student and the teacher, and how the teen obtained the firearm. The school, located near Bulverde, quickly went into lockdown after the first reports of gunfire around 8:30 a.m. Students were safely evacuated and reunited with their families at a nearby middle school. The campus was declared secure within about an hour. School officials say it will remain closed the following day, with counseling support available for students and families. Authorities continue to investigate the situation.#fyp #viral
