Hi sweet mama. so thankful for your page. thank you for the update. I'm right there with you. 2wks out today and I still don't feel myself and I'm having to learn that's going to take time and not an overnight thing. I feel when I over do things, walking, standing to long my stomach feels tender and can feel sore, pooping still scares me cause I don't want to actually "push" too hard and tear. my tummy still looks puffy. I've never had a flat tummy but I know this isn't my stomach either. I don't do long walks, long standing or even my driving with out my tummy binder. I feel so safe and secure when it's on. I have to learn this will be a slow process healing journey but it's hard. sending you big hugs!!!💗

Uterine cancer had led me to a hysterectomy at the end of April and I’m terrified for recovery and also I can’t take time off so I will have to go back to work soon and that exhausts me mentally! Please pray for me!
