Some might call it a tourist trap, but I say go and see for yourself. Everyone’s experience is different, and honestly? We’re so glad we ignored the noise and just went for it. . If you’re planning a visit, here is everything you need to know for a smooth experience: . Reservations & Arrival • Book Ahead: Reservations open 15 days in advance and fill up quickly. We lucked out with a last-minute booking right at opening. • The Two Lines: There are separate lines for reservations and standby. Even with a booking, show up 15–20 minutes early to be at the front of your line. • The Opening: It is so cute to watch the staff fall out of the doors right when they open to welcome everyone in. . How Seating Works • Multiple Floors: There are 4 floors in total, each with a different aesthetic. • The Top Floor: This is the iconic glass-roofed level. Seating here isn't guaranteed, but arriving for the very first reservation slot of the day gives you the best chance at a table under the glass. .
