Lots of cafes doing delicious ube cream tops🤤 🍌 Banana pudding matcha remains a delicious, dessert-y pairing in the Sydney matcha scene 🤎 A few miso + matcha combos are starting to emerge which I absolutely LOVE (can we please make miso matcha in Sydney more of a thing?!) 🍵 Genmaicha is gaining popularity as a lower-caffeine, toasty alternative to matcha.
