I drink a gal+ of water everyday ad well as some pickle juice in the mornings. I eat probably 100+mg of protein everyday, green veggies and a little fruit. When it’s 💩 time, well I go down 2 pants sizes 🤣

I lost 20 lbs on the starter dose of Mounjaro (1 month). My doctor moved me up to the 5mg starting month 2, and Ive lost barely 10 lbs in almost 2 months. Im doing everything the same as before, so why is the weight loss so much less? 😭

How is anyone on Mounjaro? My doctor wanted to switch me from Ozempic since I wasn't losing weight. I have good dual insurance, and NEITHER cover Mounjaro, just Ozempic. My pharmacy said out of pocket cost would be $1250. I can't afford that!
