Run the bath along the wall under the window. Then your vanity can go between the bath and the shower with the mirrored storage above it. ( extend the storage if a longer vanity will fit). Toilet stays separate.

@SimD: It’s not true that dark colours make rooms look smaller. And honestly, bathrooms weren’t made to be major feature sized rooms. They were made to be used practically. Are you particularly worried about the placement of the mirror if you can stand in front of it? And whatever you do keep the toilet seperate 😊

I’d do a wet area at the back and vanity straight as you walk in. Vanity’s are the most aesthetic item so probably nice that’s the first thing you see? also separate toilet is elite!!!!!

vanity and toilet hidden behind vanity facing the bathtub. then you will have lots of room to move around inside. even space for a little stool bed to the bath
