@lynnonez: On the Road to 5K Day 30!We’re officially one month down! I started the day with my pre-workout rice cake and energy drink, then enjoyed a post-workout meal of boiled eggs, chicken sausage, and apples. For lunch, I had a chicken sandwich, and dinner was tuna with chips, plus a light tuna bread snack to finish off the day. Join me tomorrow for Day 31 and keep pushing toward that 5K!
