Add the onion and sauté until soft.  • Add the minced garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.  • Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.  • Stir in tomato paste, soy milk, diced bell peppers, and all seasonings. Cook until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. 2.⁠ ⁠Prepare the cones:  • Cut tortillas in half. Roll each half into a cone shape and secure the edge with a toothpick. Baking Method:  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).  2. Place cones on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray with cooking spray.  3. Bake for 10–12 minutes until crispy and golden.  4. Fill each cone with the beef mixture and top with mozzarella cheese.  5. Return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts.  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm. Air Fryer Method:   1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (356°F).  2. Lightly spray cones with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket. Make sure they don’t touch each other.  3. Air fry for 6–8 minutes until crispy and golden.  4. Carefully fill each cone with the beef mixture and top with mozzarella cheese.  5.
