@chukshotit: SLOW SHUTTER EFFECT. A unique in-camera visual effect that gives your video a very stylized look and feel. Shutter speed has been traditionally said to be double your frame rate which is very true. 24fps (shutter speed 1/50), 60fps (shutter speed 1/125) and this gives you crisp motion. Slow shutter on the other hand gives you motion trails, softer and more fluid transitions. It’s basically a way of stretching time. Feels very dreamy, nostalgic. The use of motion blur as a storytelling tool. My recommended camera settings to achieve this is: Frame rate- 24fps Shutter speed- 1/8 (as low as you desire) The introduction of an ND filter is very advisable cause the lower your shutter speed, the more light enters your camera and we definitely do not want our footage overexposed. In cases where you do not have a filter, you can crank up your aperture (your knowledge of the exposure triangle matters in this case). Let me know your thoughts in the comment section! 😁

actually i suggest you rotoscope the sibject and add him at a different frame rate or do everything in 60fps and manully slow the others
