@bigg_josh1: April 1st, 2025 — I flicked a switch I chose health. I chose change. I chose myself. Now, one year later I’m here 36kg down, feeling and looking soo much better. As someone who’s always been hard on myself, always telling myself I’m not doing enough I look back at this and it genuinely brings tears to my eyes… because I did that. I thank God so much. I’ve prayed for this discipline, and I give Him all the glory for this win. I still have a long way to go, but I’m grateful for the journey.
