How do people not understand that things have FUNDAMENTALLY changed since the 70s?? The way we calculate everything is changed!! Of course we can’t replicate what was done before, we’d spend a millennia just trying to to sort through the paperwork!!

It suddenly hit me with the fact that When you look at Earth from space, it doesn’t look like a place full of borders, religions, egos, and wars it just looks like a tiny, fragile blue ball floating in endless darkness. And yet, on this small planet, more than 8 billion people wake up every day with completely different stories, different dreams, different fears, and different battles. Somewhere someone is falling in love, somewhere someone is crying themselves to sleep, somewhere families are laughing over dinner, and somewhere people are fighting over land, power, and beliefs. All of this happiness, sadness, success, jealousy, war, love, hope is happening at the same time on this small, quiet planet spinning in space. It makes you realize how small our problems, our pride, and even our differences really are, and how we are all just temporary visitors sharing the same tiny home.

We had half the technology in the 70’s. Supposedly we landed on the moon. Why not just replicate how they didn’t then, and make the same unit and make it better then before. Someone help me make it make sense
