The first clip is not for the Joplin tornado, as this clip shows they’re in Amory, second the layout of the town is different than Joplins, third, Joplin accused at 5 PM CDT, Not 10:53 CDT. Fourth, the towns around Joplin have different names and shapes than what Amory does. 5th, 2011 did not have very high quality and resolution cameras like the clip shown at the beginning.
