@goliathliftzz: In 1973, Arthur Jones ran one of the most controversial experiments in bodybuilding history. The subject was Casey Viator: A former Mr. America who had lost significant muscle due to illness and injury. Jones wanted to prove that one all-out set to failure could build more muscle than traditional high-volume training. During the Colorado Experiment, Casey trained: • around 30 minutes per workout • 3–4 days per week • usually one brutal set per exercise After 28 days, the scale showed +63 pounds of bodyweight. To this day, the results remain one of the most debated events in bodybuilding history. So what do you think? Breakthrough training method or convenient circumstance that created bodybuilding myth? #coloradoexperiment #arthurjones #trainhardorgohome #bodybuildinghistory #highintensitytraining
