It doesn’t matter the reason they give you if they do not have probable cause of a crime that has been committed or is being committed. They do not have due process of law to pull you over in the first place, regardless of how they justify it even if their justification is policies and codes! Because policy codes and statutes do not Trump your natural rights clearly protected by the constitution! Which means they have just committed an unofficial act against you on top of violating their duty to uphold the constitution, which is clearly an additional unofficial act against you! Because their immunity doesn’t cover unofficial act or give them the right to infringe on your natural rights, clearly protected by the constitutions, both state and federal!
