Tire shine won't hold for long if you just put it over dirt. Need to scrub the tire with a brush and dry it so it's matte black

Hey I need some help on a 2024 Prius it came in for alignment but the 12V battery died and after that multiple warning lights came on I did a full brake bleed and all ECB calibrations including linear valve offset and stroke sensor zero point and everything shows complete now and the brakes feel normal I still have a U1117 lost communication with accessory gateway that keeps coming back after clearing codes doing gateway initialization and a battery reset there are no other codes and the car drives fine but still shows system malfunction on the dash anyone run into this after a battery drop or know if there’s another initialization or if this needs deeper network diag

FYI, if your tires are older than 6 years, they are probably dry rotted and need to be replaced. I couldn't get a car safetied because of the tires (stamped 2018) were too old. Also had to get the motorized head rest fixed which randomly wouldn't work.
