@leahhopehealth: I know social media can get a bad rap. It can pull us into comparison. Keep us stuck in mindless scrolling. Feel overwhelming. Make us feel like we’re missing out on real connection for something surface-level. Even distort our reality… But it’s not all bad. It can connect people who would have never met. Create real community and belonging. Make someone feel less alone. Inspire change. Open the door to knowledge we might not have found otherwise. Give people a voice. Create opportunity. Encourage someone on a day they really needed it. This comment touched my heart and brought me to tears.
