Please I have been using the Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream twice a day (morning and night) for the past two days. However, I noticed that new pimples and whiteheads have started coming out. Is this a normal reaction (purging), and should I continue using it twice a day? And after 6 days I stop using 😭
