Cook the bacon first. we learned this the hard way one time and all had some tummy troubles from under cooked bacon.

We grind our bacon to mix in or throw it in a food processor to make it finer so it mixes better. We also add small chunks of cheese to our meat mix.

We make burgers with ranch seasoning packet, bacon, cheese and sour cream inside the patty, super flavorful and moist. It’s the best way I’ve ever ate a homemade burger!

We just made a recipe that included bacon, shredded cheese, sour cream and ranch seasoning in the patty! I think the sour cream helped hold it together, and we used precooked bacon. Would recommend!
