Just stay off the Kratom extract 7oh. The extract has a terribly high addiction potential and has more unwanted side effects than the leaf alone

Kratom seems to help during trauma to not record it deeply into the body. 3 days in a row feels safe but after that it can develop dependence. Like a lot of natural medicines it seems to do many things besides just pain or stimulant. All powerful medicines have to be respected and used within their rules with education. It feels like an acute or emergency use for intense difficulty to help pass through the initial stages of a painful experience. I’m not a fan of putting medicines against each other. They all have a niche.

Kava is very weak unless ur taking kavalactones the effects are almost nonexistent no matter how strong they claim there product is kratom is very effective for me
