Happen to me once I got home. I started having hot flashes and drank electrolytes. That help me a lot like 2 bottles. I stayed hydrated by taking small sips and needed to be in a cool room. Avoid any stuffy rooms.

Dawg this literally just happened to me I was TERRRRRIFFIEDDD😭 thank god for those nurses not only being quick to help but knowledgeable, reassuring and supportive. I thought I was abt to die bro and I’m celebrating my anniversary later😭 (But how did u feel afterwards? I have errands to run and I’m feeling sluggish)

This happened to me because they were removing blood too fast. You can ask them to turn down the draw rate to 95 instead of 100 and that helps me. It only takes a couple more minutes but haven’t had an issue since. I also eat 1-2 hours before I go and drink a protein shake on the way there. Also hydrate hydrate hydrate
