@leokatieocd: Today's Tip: label the thought ✍️ Sometimes we give thoughts too much power. Just bc it pops into your head, doesn't mean it deserves your attention. Next time an intrusive thought makes you anxious, add the words "I'm having the thought that" before it. "Maybe I don't love him" ➡️ "i'm having the thought that, maybe I don't love him" It creates some distance between your thoughts & reality.
