I focused so much on high protein 😩 eggs, chicken, yogurt… doing everything “right” but menopause still had me bloated, tired and gaining weight. It made no sense. I felt so frustrated. Nothing worked long term. Then a woman in a menopause forum mentioned Menopause Transition Playbook by Lisa Grant. I followed it and 27 lbs dropped, my body finally feels balanced. Crazy this isn’t talked about more.

tuna has mercury in it so it's not good to eat often. cheese and eggs are a sustainable source of protein, meat is not

Yeah, they have more protein and double or three times the amount of calories/100grams. So they are no better than eggs or cottage cheese overall. Actually they re worse if you want to stay in a calorie deficit and eat more volumes to stay full.

😭 I just want someone to come on here and say, "surprise, this melk tert has 113g of protein and 80 calories", or "we just discovered a vegetable in the Amazon that tastes exactly like Steers chips but itt 25 calories and 80g protein." Is that too much to ask?

Eggs are an S-tier food source in more aspects than just protein. Who eats beef or chicken in the morning anyway?

I layer things to add up the proteins. For example I will make a bowl with a serving of cottage cheese, 2 servings of egg whites, chicken sausage or other protein then add a vegetable like roasted Brussels it can range from 35-50 grams of protein for around 400 calories
