@nick.rizzo.daily: Come check out the new spot that just opened in Seattle. Tacos cometa review. this place has a really simple menu and only serves carne asada on a taco, quesadilla, and a vampiro. I actually thought the quesadilla was best followed by the vampiro which is effectively an open quesadilla but with a corn tortilla. But the highlight was the chocolate chip cookie dipped into the horchata. Note they are also opened late (1am) on the weekends. #Foodie
