May I ask why two cases? And why they're fighting over who tries them when? In the UK, we don't have a two layer court system. Our high court is the Crown Court. If a case gets put to Crown Court nobody else gets a look in. How can two courts, in the same country, try the one man for the same (alleged) crimes?
