Do me a huge favor and open Task Manager, then send your exact specs. I seriously doubt you need an entirely new PC, something is probably just eating your resources. Also, in Task Manager where your RAM is, it’ll show the speed, which will tell me the DDR type and the amount of DIMMs you’re using. If it’s one stick (single channel), that could be some of your issue. But no, I do not think you need a new PC.

you need to optimize your PC if you don't know what you are doing epic games has a free app called HONE that works pretty well. another tip I'll give you is don't stream and game from the same computer get a capture card and a cheap laptop to run the stream that way your PC is only running the game
