3 babies- all three had tongue and lip ties! *Big Tip* after having tie revisions- DO THE STRETCHES. Stay on top of those exercises post revision because their ties CAN and WILL reattach if you don't! Speaking from experience 🙈😅

We went through the boucle ties & lip tie process! Worth it! It’s supposed to be helpful/good for baby regardless if you choose to nurse or not — because the ties to the mouth create tension in neck/head!! I was so shook when they told me this!
