@hopecrosby_eatss: Chicken Kiev bites | episode 2 - spring on a plate 🌿🌷⛅️ Ingredients: 3 small chicken breasts 60g cornflakes 2 eggs or one large 60g butter 3 cloves garlic Chopped parsley 3 potatoes - seasoned with garlic salt Tenderstem broccoli Method: - Chop the chicken into chunks. Crush the cornflakes until smaller and finer, season with salt & pepper. Whisk the eggs and coat each piece of chicken in the egg and then coat in the cornflake mix. Add to the airfryer and cook for 20 minutes on 185, turn halfway. - chop the potatoes into chips, add to the airfryer and drizzle with oil and the garlic salt. Shake until coated and airfry on 185 for 30 minutes. - Melt the butter, chop the garlic and parsley and add to the melted butter, stir until combined. When the chicken is cooked, add to a large bowl and toss in the garlic butter - saving some for the plate up! - Cook the Tenderstem broccoli, and serve everything up - finish with some of that garlic butter! #DinnerIdeas #dinnerinspo #mealinspo #mealideas #chickenkievbites
