My company is pushing AI a lot. Tell us to use it anytime we can. So I used it to fill out my 1-1 review and told it to argue that I deserve a max score in everhthing. 🤣🤣🤣

HR Director here. I won't all managers to use 'other duties as assigned in job descriptions' and if responsibilities significantly veer from JD the JD is rewritten working with the employee it affects.

I was told it was in the code of conduct under behaviour - maintaining good relationships with the team. Apparently if I point out the fact that the others aren’t pulling their weight and I’m doing everyone’s job, I’m “not a team player” 😂😂😂😂

My one on one consists of me watching my director respond to his wife’s text messages. I’ve discussed it with him in front of HR and he responded family comes first so now I bring my phone in and text my family members 😂
