I am not Peruvian but I can tell you pollo inka is the best place in queens and they also make good seafood and I have been going there for a longtime for20 years it was called a different name but they changed the name when the 2 brothers split and i highly recommend

pollo inka on Northern boulevard and 90th street is also bomb. their combo is thee best: salchipapa,avocado salad, maduros, arroz frito, a whole pollo la brasa, y frijoles for $65.

Idk, 🤷♀️I’m in Jersey and I still haven’t found anything authentic tasting even if it’s over priced. Sometimes I just drive to DC or fly to Miami they have better Peruvian food there.
