No one wants to fill up on plain bread when there’s other yummy options. Not surprised the foccacia bread wasn’t touched. Maybe if you had a large hummus and other dips it would appeal to people more.

The plain croissants, bread, and croissant sandwiches are all redundant. If the client wanted a bakery theme, I would have gone with another sweet pastry, like almond croissants, muffins, cinnamon rolls, etc

I think there was too many bread like options and that is why the croissants weren’t touched! I would eat a croissant if I am having a sandwhich and vice versa.
