you can literally book shibuya sky the day of. I went during the most tourist time of the year and did it same day.

If you dont get pokepark tix right away, keep reloading the ticket page for the date. I didnt realize until day 3 of trying but time slots will keep opening as people dont complete the purchase step. It took about 3 hours but finally got mine!

I booked Shibuya Sky the night before and had no issues. There was still tickets open for about 3 time slots for the day I went with multiple tickets available for each of those 3 time slots.

for disney, if you are trying to book with a debit/credit card that isn't japan based THEY WILL NOT accept it, use another service like klook if available however for disney you can still get tickets in person, especially if you aren't worried about getting the premier

If you’re a group of 3 or 4 people, I highly recommend trying an aerial sunset tour of Tokyo instead of Shibuya sky. It’s a lot more expensive, around 900-1.5k usd depending on the season but it’s a hassle free version of Shibuya sky and you also get to try being on a helicopter
