@_jamesedwards: The fitness industry made people believe you need 5–6 workouts a week, the perfect split, and hours in the gym. But the truth is… You could get strong doing one exercise a day or two full-body workouts a week. Progressive overload + consistency beats complicated routines every time. Simple works. #FitnessTruth
do you have any examples of good full body workouts?

This! Doing what is fun and sustainable is what keeps people going to the gym! Complicated routines lead to frustration and loss of consistency imo

I started lifting in September only going twice a week and I’m shocked at how much stronger I’ve gotten! Eventually I’ll work up to a third day but this is what I had the capacity for currently

i think ppl are confused between a hobby and a lifestyle. a lot of ppl who lift 5x a week do it because they like it, but its mot neccessary. simplly walking and watching your carbs can be beneficial and help you lose weight.

I go as much as I can because I like how much better I feel after. Sometimes it’s 6 days a week, sometimes it’s 4. Just depends.
