@leahshomestead: This is how we avoid the grocery store as much as possible… We don’t raise everything on our homestead, so we try to source what we can locally—like picking up meat from a nearby farmer. And yes… we still stop at the thrift store too 😅 But back at home, we’re also working toward growing more of our own food. Lemons, avocados, bananas, olives, oranges… not all of it is producing yet, but one day it will. And one day we’re going to be really glad we stuck with it.
