How’s it going so far😭💕. I’m in the same spot. Mine is from going a very long time without detangling my hair, and ignoring it in general. I’m working allowing my short pieces to catch up, volume and adding moisture back to my hair!

I stopped using heat 3 years ago but my damn hair has just been giving me a headache and a meltdown. So i got my bloodwork done and I am relieved to be on a regimen that hopefully works with my doctors help 🙏🏿 Id love to get to your hair level 😭😭😫
