The KOP is packed cause all the surrounding malls are closing/have no good stores anymore. Also that mall is always busy which is why it’s still standing unlike most of the other ones

I’ve worked in the luxury wing of this mall for the last 10 years, people are always buying. It’s always busy on weekends. Retail isn’t slowing down.

I remember going to King Of Prussia Mall in the late 80s during winter break. My family lived in Pottstown and it was the mall to go to. Still love shopping there today and it’s nice with no sale tax on clothing

KOP has always been busy. I was shocked that the random mall in Quail Springs OKC is packed all the time too.

That mall is high end special mall. And has a lot of experiences that aren’t retail. Bad example. Also many malls have closed so that traffic is with much less malls and people are traveling further to less close ones

king of prussia is a huge outlier when there are so many dead/closed malls around the country. it's a luxury and touristy hot spot, always has been.
