@taliyah.joelle: ik it’s super hard some days, but even if the workout isn’t perfect, do ur best to stay in the routine you created for self. Something truly is better than nothing. Some of you guys are harded though 💀 and have a “all or nothing” mindset, and you HAVE TO GET OUT OF THAT. Life is too imperfect to expect perfection.
