For a student it has pros and cons. More responsibility = great learning opportunities but you also get shafted with no more early finishes bc you're now useful and ofc the not getting paid part for pulling the same shifts & having the same workload as your 'mentor' kinda sucks. 🤷♀️Gotta visualise the end goal to get through. lol

I’m a registered nurse the last 8 years and never have students been allowed to admin drugs without direct supervision where I work. ur not licensed to practice to give medication without supervision of a registrant.
