You return the phone, next thing—they bring it back and still want you to fix it. At this point you’ll just be wondering… is it confusion or they don’t even know what they want? As an engineer, learn to stand your ground. Make things clear before you start any job. Because this kind of back and forth can waste your time, affect your work, and even confuse the whole repair process.
