Whether or not you liked Bourdain as a person, it's hard to argue with his logic about food. I know atleast for myself, if there was one man who I wish I could have had in my kitchen, just one time, cook a meal for me, it would be him. His unapologetic attitude, over the stove smoking a cigarette, all while telling you why you should never trust a thin chef, would fulfill a love for food I have that I think only he could achieve. Again he wasn't perfect, none of us are. But he made food into a language we all can appreciate
