I have for a very long time been thinking healthcare is so broken because a life has been brought done to Metrics. Anyone who questions the status gets booted. Healthcare needs to get back to these principles. CEOs keep the lights on those on the floor run the lights. Somewhere between the C-suites, the share holders, and the floor the value of life gets lost. These 7 laws need to be applied in the world of healthcare

I saved this and shared it with a mentee of mine who was so greatful for it as someone who just sold her business and looking at where God would have her serve next. Then this video came back round my FYP, so took the time to re-listen, feeling prompted to take your few minutes of advice and make it into 40(!) transcribing what you said (on my phone) to help it sink down and really evaluate how and what that might look like in my small solopreneur business. It's interesting to see some of principles in the development and thinking of how God has told me how to do business through the years. Thanks for the insight, off to do the test you mention at the end of your video.
