Since people over complicate it, just do any sort of crunch exercise, I recommend bicycle crunches till failure and eat protein equivalent to your bodyweight but be lean as well. It’s that simple.

So my maintenance is around 1900-2000 kcal, my goal is to build glutes and overall muscle mass while being toned and getting abs visible, should I eat at my maintenance or should I do a deficit? ( I’ve been eating around 1700 kcal daily for the last two months and it didn’t really do anything for me). I would appreciate some tips
