Its also annoying when someone’s sitting on their phone while someone else is running around like a chicken and the patient’s vent is going off, like get up and check on them even if its not your patient 😭 the nurse is obviously really busy..

We got called up to ICU from the emergency room because we were shortstaffed and there was someone coding come to find out the nurse that came in and was taking notes and reading charts for the last month. Found out. No one fed her. No one fed her and gave her a feeding too. She had been in there one month there was no bringing her back. She starved to death and she had no family to even step up for her do you think they put that on her med chart that she starved to death because I’m Nurse didn’t effing feed her nope that’s what happens in hospitals.
